Refund policy

14-day cancellation period

We want your experience with our fragrances to be perfect. If you change your mind, you have a legal period of 14 days after receiving your parcel to request a return and a refund.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the exact condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging. Burned candles, or candles removed from their packaging, cannot be refunded for obvious safety and resale reasons.

Shipping costs for returns

In accordance with our policy, the transport costs for returning your item are **borne exclusively by the customer**. These costs are not refundable.

Refund process

Once your return has been received and inspected by our workshop in Provence, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method (bank card, Apple Pay, etc.) within 5 to 10 business days.
